  • Acknowledgement of top employees via our Parts Stars program. Recipients are voted on by our executive staff and awards are personally presented by our President and their manager in front of the recipient's peers.
  • Sponsorship of top employees and assistant mangers in our Rising Stars management training program. This is an extensive and diverse training course where participants are exposed and trained in all aspects of the GreenLeaf business.
  • Our Workplace Learning Department, a dedicated resource that helps individuals develop their career plans.
