LKQ Corporation was established in 1998 to create the largest nationwide source for quality recycled auto parts. Throughout the next decade, we expanded into reconditioned, remanufactured, aftermarket, and self-service auto parts. With the Keystone Automotive acquisition in 2007, we became the nation’s largest distributor of alternative collision replacement auto parts. Since then, we have added a heavy truck division and continued to grow our remanufacturing capabilities.
